Our story wasn't the typical high school sweetheart thing even though we were high school classmates (our lockers were even right next to each other), we didn't hang out back then. After high school Melissa headed straight to LA and later landed in NYC, and Sherwin remained in the Bay Area.

Years later, our amazing friend Lucy brought us back together when she (maybe jokingly?) invited Sherwin with her to visit Melissa in New York.

We totally clicked and knew it was meant to be. After some long-distance dating, Sherwin moved to Brooklyn to be with Melissa and the rest is history!

We've called Greenpoint home for over six years and love being part of our vibrant community. Even the simplest things, like coffee dates and neighborhood walks, feel perfect together. Every day is a new adventure!
